We offer thermal imaging during inspections at an extra cost of $150.00 extra and $300.00 with out inspection. Thermal imaging can find electrical issues, insulation issues, moisture problems and heat loss.

We also have a commercial division. We arcertified by Carson Dunlop Weldon and Associates, and our commercial inspections are done with a team of experts including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Structural and Environmental. We also include Thermal Imaging with commercial inspections. We cater to Investors, Lenders, Governments, Business Owners, Realtors, Owners and Property Managers.

Commercial inspections can be for a Triple-net lease, A Pre-lease Inspection, Post-lease Inspection, Pre-purchase and Pre-sale Inspections.

Each home inspection will also be a training session on how to maintain your home.  We really cater to the first time home buyer!
