Lanron Inspections’ owner Ronnie is always looking for new challenges.

Since he was 8 years old, Ronnie has been helping his father build houses. Since then, he has worked as a roofer, window installer and builder before he became a Road Construction Machine Operator doing basement foundations, footings and concretes. Later, Ronnie joined a contracting firm for four years before starting his own inspections company.

Ronnie believes in education, which is why he insists that his clients join his inspection trips so he could teach them about everything they need to learn about their soon-to-be home: what to look for, plumbing and heating problems, structural problems, maintenance, what to do with their locks, vegetation and how it affects their home, shingles, moisture maintenance—all the way down to the tiles in their bathroom.
